REFUND POLICY

We are not accepting any returns or exchanges.

However, we will re-ship products that are damaged during shipping. LUCYPOP will happily replace or exchange your products if any items are shipped incorrectly or damaged at no expense. Please notify us within three business days of receiving damaged or incorrect products. If the order is wrong, please provide a copy of the sales receipt for us to correct the order and expedite it as quickly as possible. Please email orders@lucypop.co.
